When I first became a nurse and began caring for others in a professional setting, I saw it as my job. As life’s journey progressed, I came to realize that serving, caring for and advocating for others was my purpose, while recognizing somewhere along the way, that those I cared for had been the ones to teach me that purpose. For that, I am grateful.
Lauri Grady, Founder and President of LBG Care Consulting, has been a registered nurse for over thirty years. Her experience in various hospital settings includes critical care, transplant, and post-acute surgical care. She has also worked for a national case management company and is a Certified Case Manager and Certified Life Care Planner. Lauri is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), the Case Management Society of America, the American Nurses Association, and the Florida Nurses Association.
